Terms of service

An application is a request for review, not an acceptance, guaranteed launch date, or final quote. Approved scope and fees will be communicated separately.

Applicants must provide accurate information, own or have permission to use uploaded assets, maintain required provider and store accounts, and cooperate with testing and approvals.

Provider availability, third-party terms, and upstream pricing may change. Final service levels, ownership, warranties, and liability require legal and commercial approval.
